BMED 3020 – Mathematics Curriculum and Teaching: Instructional Technology and Design of Teaching Activities

Undergraduate course. This course is intended to strengthen students’ pedagogical content knowledge for preparation of mathematics lessons and classroom techniques through micro-teaching, with special attention on the use of information and communication technology; tool-based mathematics tasks and activities; cross-disciplinary mathematics-related activities (including STEM); and professional development of mathematics teachers.
